A Bolton man is facing an impaired driving charge following a crash in Elora.
Last Sunday (Oct. 7) at about 4:41 a.m., OPP were called to respond to a car in a ditch.
Police located the car and the driver and alleged his ability to drive was impaired by alcohol.
The 38-year-old allegedly failed a roadside test.
He’s been charged with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
He’ll answer to the charge in court later this month.
