MONO, ON – The Community is invited to explore their local wellness community when the WCN Fall Wellness Expo takes over Monora Park Pavilion in Mono on Wednesday, October 28, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Organized by The Well-Comm Network (WCN), the event will bring together 46 wellness vendors and 32 experiences, offering visitors an opportunity to discover local products, services and practices focused on physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Following a successful inaugural expo in May, organizers are expanding this fall’s event to occupy both levels of Monora Park Pavilion.
“We were so encouraged by the community’s response to our first Expo in May,” said Deborah Kolody, founder of The Well-Comm Network and organizer of the event. “This fall, we are expanding into the entire pavilion so we can offer even more opportunities for people to learn, participate and connect with the wellness support available in our area.”
Visitors can explore six different wellness areas, each offering its own activities and experiences. The Vendor Village will feature local wellness businesses and products, while the Inner Sanctuary will introduce guests to guided experiences and personal wellness practices.
Additional areas include the Nourished Kitchen, Workshop Haven, Longevity Studio and Connecting in Nature, offering everything from nutrition demonstrations and educational workshops to movement, meditation and outdoor activities.
The event is designed to appeal to experienced wellness enthusiasts and those simply curious about the services and resources available in their own community.
Among the participating wellness providers is Kolody herself, who operates Visions in the Woods, a wellness shop and inner sanctuary in Hockley Valley.
