The Town of Caledon has launched its new Housing Design Catalogue, a practical tool that will help homeowners, builders, and designers bring more affordable housing options to the market faster.
Delivered in partnership with the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), the catalogue provides access to free, standardized housing designs that support gentle density, including accessory dwelling units and small multi-unit buildings such as fourplexes.
The designs have been pre-reviewed in alignment with the Ontario Building Code, helping to reduce design costs and streamline approval processes.
