In the summer, our wells work harder to support summer activities and important tasks like lawn watering. That’s on top of the everyday uses they support year-round.
Orangeville’s lawn watering bylaw helps relieve stress on our drinking water systems and prevents overuse by spacing out watering days for the community.
Lawn watering is allowed one day a week and is based on the last digit of your address, during the hours of 5 to 8 a.m. and 7 to 10 p.m.
