Dufferin Arts Council is pleased to announce the three recipients of this year’s Anne Laurier Scholarships to students who are pursuing post-secondary arts studies. Once again, this year’s applicants reflected the exceptional talent brewing among students in Dufferin. The $3,000 scholarships are awarded annually to local students who are pursuing post-secondary arts studies.
Each recipient was required to fill out an application as well as submit a portfolio of their work. The portfolios were reviewed by art professionals in a variety of arts careers. From the application reviewers: “The selection process was very challenging this year. It was an honour and a delight to participate in reviewing all the submissions. These three students will be a tremendous asset to the arts community.”

Her civic activities in school and community engagement ensure that the Scholarship has found a wonderful recipient in Audrey.
