The Halton Agricultural Society is preparing for the potential return of Milton’s Canada Day celebration at the Milton Fairgrounds in 2026 and is inviting community members to get involved.
A second public meeting will be held for groups, organizations, businesses, and individuals interested in supporting the event’s comeback. The first was held in October.
The next meeting will outline what is required to successfully host the annual celebration and provide an opportunity for attendees to ask questions and learn how they can contribute. Organizers say community involvement will be key to restoring the event next year.
It’s happening on Thursday, November 20th at Hall #1 inside the Milton Fairgrounds. Doors will open at 7:00 p.m., with the meeting beginning at 7:30 p.m.
