The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is looking for two suspects who allegedly stole credit cards from people at the Milton Leisure Centre.
On Monday, September 29th, several people at the facility – located at 1100 Main Street East – reported their cards missing. Shortly after, the thieves used the stolen credit cards to complete multiple fraudulent transactions at stores in town, including Canadian Tire, Home Depot, and Walmart. The total amount spent is roughly $2,500.
The HRPS describes the suspects as:
- Suspect 1 – Male, Middle Eastern, 5’10, 170lbs, wearing white/grey jogging pants, a grey t-shirt, grey hooded sweatshirt, and white shoes
- Suspect 2 – Female, Eastern European, 5’6 – 5’8, 140lbs, wearing pink leggings, white and purple tank-top, and white and pink shoes
