Last week, Caledon OPP received numerous reports about vehicles driving dangerously and racing through live lanes of traffic. Shortly after, officers located the vehicles and conducted a traffic stop. Three drivers were subsequently charged under the Highway Traffic Act. A 24- and 25-year-old from Brampton and a 21-year-old from Keswick were charged. All three driver’s received a 30-day licence suspension and the vehicles were impounded for a period of 14-days.
