Caledon Fire and Emergency Services is on a mission to visit 4,000 homes in 5 months, through its Home Safe Home program.
So far, they’ve visited nearly 1,200 homes, completed 108 safety checks, and found dozens of expired smoke and CO alarms.
The goal is to educate residents about the importance of having working smoke and CO alarms.
