A developer had proposed a new five-storey townhouse complex on Amanda Street in Orangeville.
The project would include 120 stacked townhouse units in seven buildings with underground parking.
The development would be built on four residential lots between Wellington Street and Town Line.
The Town is being asked to change the land use to high-density residential and rezone the property to allow for more housing.
