A proposed Tim Hortons in Caledon East will not be moving forward after the Ontario Land Tribunal dismissed an appeal this week.
The Tribunal sided with the Town of Caledon, citing concerns about heritage conservation, urban design, and traffic safety.
The development would have required demolishing two heritage-designated buildings on Airport Road.
