The Town of Caledon is mourning the passing of former Mayor Emil V. Kolb, who died on Wednesday at 89 years old.
A respected farmer and community leader, Emil served as Caledon’s Mayor and Peel Regional Chair, dedicating over 50 years to public service.
Flags at all Town facilities have been lowered to half-mast, and a book of condolences has been placed at Town Hall for residents to pay their respects.
