Town Council has voted unanimously against the 11A York Street Proposal, after substantial concerns raised by residents.
The plan would have seen the development of 12 freehold townhouse dwellings, on one of Orangeville’s most historically cohesive neighbourhoods.
The Town’s official plan states that new development must respect and reinforce the physical character of establish neighbourhoods.
More details on the proposal can be found in our previous article HERE.
