From March 20th to April 17th, students across the Halton Catholic District School Board (HCDSB) showcased their creativity in the Catholic Education Week Creative Contest.
Inspired by the Jubilee 2025 theme Pilgrims of Hope and the quote, “We must fan the flame of hope that has been given to us,” young artists and thinkers shared how faith, hope, and community guide their lives.
Submissions ranged from videos and paintings to music and sketches, each reflecting how students support one another and bring light to the world. The contest was made possible thanks to the generous support of the Halton OECTA Elementary Association, who donated the top prizes.
