Back to the winter weather!

“Icy conditions are expected to develop this morning. The strong winds will develop this morning easing late in the afternoon or early in the evening. Motorists should expect hazardous winter driving conditions and adjust travel plans accordingly. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery.
