Dufferin OPP have charged a driver with impaired operation related offences following a collision.
On February 9th just before 7:00 p.m., officers responded to a collision involving a vehicle that had driven off of the roadway. Shortly after arriving on scene, officers had a conversation with the driver and charged a 42-year-old female from Mulmur with not just one, but 7 offences including:
Impaired Operation
Failure to surrender an insurance card
Failure to provide identification
Failure to surrender a permit for a motor vehicle
Failure to surrender a drivers licence
And Driving a motor vehicle with an open container of liquor
