Caledon OPP investigated two vehicles in the ditch this past weekend that led to the drivers being charged with impaired operation.
On February 8th at about 2:00 a.m., an officer on patrol on Chinguacousy Road in Caledon came across a vehicle in the ditch. The driver was arrested.
A 28 year old male from Brampton, was charged with:

On February 9th, shortly after 4:00 a.m., officers responded to a vehicle in the ditch on Old School Road, near Highway 10.
The driver, a 25 year old male from Caledon was arrested and charged with:
Both accused are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on February 27, 2025, to answer to the charges. The driver’s licences were also suspended for 90 days, and the vehicles were impounded for seven.
