You’ll need to get off the road overnight.
With a storm expected Friday night, the Town of Milton has announced that parking exceptions have been suspended.
When active, motorists are able to park on the street overnight, as long as they register their vehicle. Some neighbourhoods offer 15-hour street parking. With this suspension, vehicles are to be kept off the road to allow for plows to remove snow.
The Town says residents can find free parking during the winter at any of these lots in Milton.
Park your car and stay warm while crews handle the snow. If you’re out and about during the storm, drive safe and be smart!
