Caledon OPP and Caledon Fire and Emergency Services would like to thank its partners, sponsors, and volunteers that made the 11th annual Shop with a First Responder event a great success.
Caledon OPP and Caledon Fire hosted 40 children from the local community.
Each family was provided with a budget to shop at the Bolton Canadian Tire before being treated to a breakfast with Santa Claus.
They left with gifts for their entirely family wrapped and labeled.
Families were selected based on a financial need or facing some type of a crisis in our community.
The initiative is a partnership with the Optimist Club of Caledon, the Town of Caledon, and Caledon Community Services.
