Trees help fight climate change by storing carbon dioxide and providing natural cooling on hot summer days.
They also create habitat for local wildlife and add beauty to our community.
On Saturday, October 14th Sustainable Orangeville in partnership with Credit Valley Conservation will be hosting a Fall Tree Planting on the Mill Creek Trail!
Chair of the Sustainable Orangeville Committee & Town Councillor Tess Prendergast and Kate Thompson, Orangeville Sustainability Coordinator joined the FM101 Morning Show to talk about the event.
