You can learn about local “trailblazers” at an upcoming Milton event.
The Milton Historical Society (MHS) is holding an event that will provide a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of the 100 Years/100 Women Exhibit, Celebrating Milton’s Women Trailblazers. Guest speakers Nancy Cuttle and Susan Snooks will cover concept and myriad challenges to the impact of telling 100 years of local women’s history through a work of art.
The experience is a collaboration between The Canadian Federation of University Women (CFUW Milton & District) and the Fine Arts Society of Milton (FASM).
The event will be on Thursday, March 16th at the Milton Historical Society: Carriage Room at 16 James Street inside the Waldie Blacksmith Shop.
