
A Police Officer is being credited with possibly saving a residents life over the weekend.
On Sunday (jan15) morning just before 2, an officer conducting regular patrol in the area of Airport Road and Perdue Court in Caledon noticed an unoccupied vehicle in a parking lot with the
engine running and doors open.
The Caledon OPP Emergency Response Team, along with the Canine Unit began an extensive search.
Information was also sent to surrounding police services.
About 2 hours later the driver was located in Brampton by Peel Regional Police.
It was very cold and the resident was showing symptoms of hypothermia and was nearly unconscious.
They were taken to hospital for treatment.
