Headwaters Health Care Centre is set to receive a Provincial top up – to the tune of $2.1 million dollars.
Sylvia Jones, MPP for Dufferin Caledon, made the announcement outside the facility last Friday afternoon.
Headwaters says some of the money will go towards patient washroom renovations, roofing upgrades, and security improvements.
Jones said part of the investment is also allocated for Pine River Institute, an addiction treatment centre in Mulmur.
$1,865,157 is set for the HHCC, while $283,664 will go to Pine River.
