The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) says that 18-year-old Makaela Connolly has been located.
She is reportedly safe and sound.
The public was thanked for helping in the search and all photos of Connolly have been removed from our site and social media channels.

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing Oakville woman.
18-year-old Makaela Connolly of Oakville was last seen on foot at approximately 5:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 7th, in the area of South Service Road West and Red Oak Boulevard in Oakville.
Makaela is described as:
- Female
- White
- 5’2” tall with a heavy build
- Shoulder-length black hair with bangs
- Using left eye only (right eye is shut)
- Wearing a white top, dark coloured jeans, a beige sweater with butterflies and a backpack
Makaela is vulnerable and police are concerned for her well-being.
Anyone with information about Makaela or her possible location is asked to contact police through 9-1-1 or via the non-emergency line at 905 825 4777.
