Police responded to a collision Sunday (aug21) afternoon involving a pickup truck pulling a horse trailer and a motorcycle in Caledon.
OPP say the accident happened on Highway 9 near Highway 50, around 1 o’clock.
The two vehicles collided head-on resulting in the death of the bike operator.
The driver of the truck sustained minor injuries, the horses were unharmed.
Highway 9 between Hwy 50 and Finnerty Side Road were closed to traffic for several hours while investigators were on scene.
Police ask anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact them.
