Former solicitor general Sylvia Jones has been named Ontario’s deputy premier and health minister during a cabinet swearing-in today.
She takes on the role from Christine Elliott who held both roles during Premier Doug Ford’s first term.
Sylvia Jones has served as the Member of Provincial Parliament for Dufferin–Caledon since 2007.
