If you still have your Christmas tree and you’re looking for somewhere to put it, Conservation Halton has the answer!
They are taking your Christmas trees on Saturday, January 8th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Conservation Halton headquarters at 2596 Britannia Road in Burlington.
The trees will be used for restoration projects this coming spring.
We know that Christmas trees absorb carbon and produce oxygen, but if you want to increase the sustainability of your tree, bring it to the Conservation Halton Admin Office at 2596 Britannia Road on January 8 from 9am-1pm, so that we can use it to restore creeks and streams.
