Officers from the Dufferin Detatchment of the OPP, executed a search warrant, at a rural property in East Garafraxa, on Tuesday.
As a result of the investigation, the following was seized:
· Cocaine – Three kilograms
· Cash
· Cellular phones
· Digital Scale
· Debt list
· Loaded 22 caliber rifle
· 22 caliber ammunition
· 2 pellet guns
In addition to the seizure, Alexandre DAOUST has been charged with:
· Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
· Unauthorized possession of a firearm
· Knowledge of unauthorized possession of firearm
· Careless storage of firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition
· Failure to comply with release order
· Fail to comply with probation order – (two counts)
· Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000
