Motorists are being notified by Dufferin County about reduced load restrictions on county roads.
Loads must be kept under 5 tonnes per axle on all county roads with the following roads exempted from the restriction:
County Roads 24, 25, 109, 124 (former highways)
County Road 3
Country Road 7 from Highway 10 to 5 Sideroad Mono
County Road 11 from 109 to Shannon Court
County Road 17 from County Road 124 to 4th Line Melancthon
The restriction period typically occurs between March 1st and May 15th and is dependent on weather and road conditions.
