Residents along Jay Crescent finally have some privacy again.
The retaining wall between Headwaters Health Care Centre and Jay Crescent residences was caving in for a while now and in January 2019 the issue came to Orangeville councillor, Todd Taylor’s attention.
Taylor says there was a communication snag between residents and Headwaters Hospital but through resident, Ryan Booth’s tenacity, HHCC has installed posts at its own expense, and residents will be responsible for boarding up the fence.
The Orangeville councillor credits Booth for expediting the issue.
Taylor says early estimates of costs for the hospital’s portion sat at $100,000.
