A four-month long OPP investigation has ended with child pornography charges against a Grand Valley man.
On Wednesday (Jul. 31), police executed a search warrant at a residence in Grand Valley and arrested 43-year-old William Chester Elliott.
He is charged with possession of child pornography, distribute child pornography, possession of a prohibited firearm and careless storage of firearm.
Police also seized multiple electronic devices for further investigation.
Elliott will answer to charges in Orangeville court on August 13th.
OPP is using the case as an opportunity to remind parents of the importance of speaking to children about internet safety.
