Dufferin County‘s HART Hub is dedicated to improving outcomes for individuals in the community who are experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges and substance use challenges.
There are currently two locations operating in Dufferin County at the Edelbrock Centre in Orangeville and Mel Llyod Centre in Shelburne.
