Reduced load season began on Dufferin County roads on Sunday, March 1st. The County reduced load restrictions will remain in effect until further notice. During this time, there is a restriction of 5 metric tonnes per axle.
Reduced load restrictions help protect roads during the spring thaw when road damage is most likely to occur. The County asks all road users to adhere to the reduced load restrictions to help protect its roads.
