Caledon OPP charge three individuals with alcohol-related offences


The Caledon Detachment of the OPP  recently charged three individuals with alcohol related offences.
On February 16th, at about10:00 p.m., Caledon OPP responded to a collision in the area of Mayfield Road and Chinguacousy Road, in Caledon. Investigating officers formed grounds that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.
A 34 year old male of Brampton, was charged with:
On the same day at about midnight, Caledon OPP responded to a traffic complaint involving a possible impaired driver. Officers located the vehicle on Highway 10 near The Grange Sideroad.
As a result of the investigation, a 32 year old male from Orangeville, was charged with:
And On February 22nd, at 2:00 a.m., Caledon OPP conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that travelled through a (RIDE) spotcheck in the area of Albion Vaughan Road and Mayfield Road.
A 29 year old of Schomberg, was charged with:
All accused parties are scheduled to appear in Court at a later date to answer to their charge(s).
