The luck continues for a longtime lottery player from Shelburne.
Bogdan Karwowski won an Encore prize of $100,000 with his Lottario ticket in the Nov. 15 draw. This win comes a little more than a year after a previous big win.
Back in April 2024, he won the Lottario jackpot of $1,032,525.
