Residents and visitors are invited to ring in the new year with a long-standing Town of Milton tradition alongside Mayor Gord Krantz at Victoria Park.
The annual bell-ringing and festive gathering will mark the arrival of 2026 and continues a custom that has been part of the community for decades. The tradition began in 1967 and has been carried on by Mayor Krantz since 1981, offering residents an opportunity to celebrate together in the heart of downtown Milton.
The event is open to the public and takes place outdoors next to Town Hall, welcoming community members of all ages to take part in the late-night celebration.
You can start gathering for the bell-ringing at 11:45 p.m. on Wednesday, December 31st at Victoria Park, located at 43 Brown Street in Milton.
