Dufferin OPP has charged a Shelburne resident with impaired operation.
On December 12th, just before 6:30 p.m., a keen-eyed Dufferin OPP officer observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane while travelling on Highway 89 near Shelburne. Officers conducted a traffic stop and subsequently initiated an impaired driving investigation.
A 41-year-old female from Shelburne, has been charged with:
• Operation while impaired
Their driver’s licence was suspended 90 days, and their vehicle impounded for 7 days.
