(DUFFERIN COUNTY) – Dufferin OPP have charged a Shelburne resident with impaired following a collision.
On November 29th, just before 10:30 p.m. officers responded to a two-vehicle collision in the area of County Road 11 and 5 Sideroad in Amaranth.
Officers spoke with the drivers, who were being assessed by paramedics, and subsequently initiated an impaired driving investigation.
A 36-year-old male, from Shelburne has been charged with:
• Dangerous operation
The accused individual is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville.
