Dufferin OPP have charged a Dundalk resident with impaired operation-related offences following a traffic complaint.
On December 6th just before 3:00 a.m., officers received a complaint about a possible impaired driver in the area of Highway 10 in Melancthon. Officers were able to locate the vehicle, conduct a traffic stop, and subsequently initiate an impaired driving investigation.
40-year-old male, from Dundalk has been charged with:
• Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused individual is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville. Their driver’s licence was suspended 90 days, and their vehicle impounded for 7 days.
