Members of the CaledonOPP recently conducted a traffic stop on a commercial vehicle which resulted in 19 offence notices for various equipment, maintenance, and document violations. With the assistance of the Ministry of Transportation, a full inspection of this vehicle was conducted and the vehicle was taken out of service. The OPP remains committed to making our roads a safer place through enforcement and public education. Motorists are encouraged to contact the OPP to report unsafe vehicles and unsafe driving behaviors that are observed. Road safety is a shared responsibility.
