Wednesday afternoon, The Town of Caledon Finance Department presented the Town’s presented 2026 Budget to Council. The presented budget focused on maintaining core services, investing in infrastructure, and preparing for future growth.
Key Highlights included:
• 4% Property Tax increase
• $167M operating budget to support day-to-day services
• $88M capital budget to fund roads, facilities, parks & more
The presented budget reflects Council’s strategic priorities and community needs, with investments in transportation, fire services, municipal law enforcement, recreation and community services.
