On October 25, at about 10:00 p.m., officers responded to a report of a collision involving two vehicles on Highway 10, at County Road 109, in Caledon. The vehicle occupants suffered minor injuries as a result of the collision. During the course of the investigation, officers formed grounds that the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
A 28 male from Toronto was charged with Operation while impaired
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on November 13th to answer to the charges.
