The Town of Caledon is having an open house for a proposed Procedure By-law and Public Notice By-law on October 6th, at the Caledon East Community Complex Community Room between 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
A comprehensive Procedure By-law review has been in progress since March 2024 and is scheduled to conclude with the replacement of this By-law in October. The Procedure By-law provide for the rules of order of Council and its Committees, including notice and scheduling of meetings, rules guiding agendas and minutes, meeting proceedings, and voting procedures.
