The Milton Menace returned to the ice on Friday, September 26th to take on the North York Rangers.
It was a home game at the Milton Memorial Arena, as the team looked to remain undefeated on the 2025-2026 regular season.
Six minutes into the game, Alec Stewart opened the scoring for Milton. His 3rd of the season was assisted by Andrew Giljanovic and Brody Leet. Before the end of the frame, Alex Spadafora managed to get his 1st of the year, with help from Gabriel Ciarallo and Marco Costante. It was 2-0 Milton after 20 minutes of action.
In the second period, Tristan Tremble buried his 2nd of the year, assisted by Josh Currie and Ashtyn Pacheco. The Rangers followed that quickly to bring the game with one, but Ivan Fabjan made up for it at the end of the period. His 4th of the season was assisted by Ciarallo and Spadafora. Milton led 4-1 after two periods of play.
The Menace ran away with the game in the third period. Pacheco and Stewart were able to score, with Dean Deligeorgis netting his 1st of the year as well. The final period was all Milton, as they outshot the Rangers 23-8. They’d eventually win 7-1.
Menace netminder Austin McKillop continued his busy start to the season, stopping 26 of 27 shots for the .962% save percentage.
Milton has a quick turnaround, taking on the Cobourg Cougars on the road on Monday, September 29th. Game time at the Cobourg Community Centre is set for 7:00 p.m.
They’ll return home on Friday, October 3rd to play the King Rebellion. That one at the Milton Memorial Arena starts at 7:30 p.m. Buy your tickets for any/all home games here.
