One person has died following an industrial accident at a business in the Maple area in Vaughan.
It happened at a manufacturing business on Teston Road, east of Keele Street, at around 2:30 p.m Thursday.
Police said a concrete slab had fallen on a 63-year-old male employee. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Ministry of Labour has been called in to investigate the fatal incident.
