Real Estate values continue their decline in Dufferin County.
According to the Toronto Real Estate Board, the average price for a home in Dufferin County was $759,496 in August 2025. That’s down 6.3 per cent or $51,012 from July 2025 and down 9.2 per cent or $77,400 compared to August 2024.
There were 26 home sales after an average of 42 days on the market and 162 active listings at the end of August. Sales were flat and active listings were up 24.6 per cent compared to a year ago.
