Sustainable Orangeville has launched a new Birding Backpack program, to make birdwatching more accessible for everyone.
Orangeville Public Library card holders can borrow a backpack which includes binoculars, a bird guide, and tools for tracking bird sightings.
Each backpack can be borrowed for one week, with renewals available if no one else is waiting.
The goal is to help more people connect with nature, learn about local birds, and support conservation efforts.
