It might still be summer for another month, but local favourite fall tradition is about to begin!
Wheelbarrow Orchards officially opens for the 2025 apple season on Wednesday, August 20th. Visitors can pick their own apples daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., starting with the popular Sunrise variety – a crisp, juicy apple perfect for late summer. More apple varieties will be available by the end of August.

Guests can also enjoy the sunflower walk, corn walk, photo spots, and rest areas, making it a full family outing.
Admission is $8, with free entry for children 12 and under. Bags of apples are priced at $12 for 5 lbs. and $20 for 10 lbs.
