On July 18th, Dufferin OPP responded to a call at a business on Riddell Road in Orangeville. Just after 10:00 a.m, the business owner reported multiple gunshot holes to his storefront. When police arrived, the area was cautioned-taped while police investigated. Dufferin County OPP, Dufferin County Crime Unit, alongside the OPP Forensic Identification Services worked to preserve and collect any evidence left at the scene. Anyone with information regarding this investigation or anyone who may have dashcam footage on Riddle Road between Richardson Road and Caledon/East Garafraxa Townline, between the evening of July 17th and the morning of July 18th, is asked to contact Dufferin OPP or Crime Stoppers.
