A 26-year-old tow truck driver from Brampton was stopped by the OPP last weekend.
The driver is facing several charges, including speeding, failing to provide a completed daily inspection report, allowing a prohibited passenger in the truck, and not presenting a valid CVOR certificate.
Police also laid charges against a Kitchener-based company linked to the vehicle, for failing to carry proper documentation and not displaying the required identification on the tow truck.
